At Woodclassics, we take pride in offering high-quality, brand-new office and home furniture that’s built to last. To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, please take a moment to review our return and warranty policy:

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the care we take in delivering brand-new products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after a sale has been completed. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order and confirm all details before completing their purchase.

Warranty

We stand behind the durability of our products and offer a 1-month limited warranty on select parts, including:

  • Chair shock absorbers

  • Gas lifts

  • Mechanisms

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and applies from the date of delivery.

Post-Warranty Repairs

After the 1-month warranty period, we are happy to offer free labor for any repairs needed. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
